**Please note that we WILL not be open on Mon. May 30th.
**Please note that we WILL be closed week of July 4th-July 8th

**You will not be charged for the weeks that your child/children are not registered. However, if your child/children miss a week without a 2 week notice you will be charged for that week.

**We WILL have a drop-in schedule for single days throughout camp. The cost will be $25 per child per day & this fee MUST be paid at the time of drop off. You MUST call 24-48 hours in advance to make sure there is an available spot for your child. (We will have 10 "drop-in" spots per day.)**

SUMMER CAMP HOURS:

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm
**All campers MUST be picked up by 6:00pm. There will be a fee of $10.00 for the first 15 minutes and $5.00 per 5 minutes thereafter. Due at time of pick up. Our counselors do not get paid over-time and should not be subject to have to stay past closing time. If being late becomes a problem, your child/children may be dismissed from Summer Camp without a refund!

SUMMER CAMP FEES:

$75.00 per week
$10.00 off for second child
$5.00 off for third child and thereafter
**You will not be charged for Memorial Day! Camp fee will only be $60.00 that week.
** A one week deposit is required at time of registration. It will be applied to the first week your child is registered for.

2011 Summer Camp Tentative Schedule

7:00 - 7:30 - inside playtime with counselors (make sure that everything is picked up and put away by 7:30) 7:30 - 8:00 - get ready for pool (make sure everyone has on sunscreen) 8:00 - 9:00 - Trailblazers and Pathfinders on Field 2 Explorers and Challengers on playground 9:00 - 11:00 - pool time - Tuesday - Friday (explorers and challengers leave at 10:30; Trailblazers and Pathfinders out of pool at 10:50; leave pool by 11:00) 11:00 - 11:45 - lunch 11:45 - 12:00 clean up and pickup (have everyone cleanup and pickup garbage before they leave at 12:00) 12:00 - 1:00 rest time - movie time 1:00 - 3:00 - rotation activities 1:00 - 1:30 - trailblazers - sports; pathfinders - relays; explorers - indoor games; challengers - crafts 1:30 - 2:00 - trailblazers - crafts; pathfinders - indoor games; explorers - sports; challengers - relays; 2:00 - 2:30 - trailblazers - relays; pathfinders - sports; explorers - crafts; challengers - indoor games 2:30 - 3:00 - trailblazers - indoor games; pathfinders - crafts; explorers - relays; challengers - sports 3:00 - 3:30 - trailblazers and pathfinders indoors clean up and pack up 3:00 -3:30 - challengers and explorers playground 3:30 - 4:00 - explorers and challengers clean up and pack up 3:30 - 4:00 - trailblazers and pathfinders on playground 4:00 - 5:00 combined camp inside 5:00 - 6:00 - combined camp on playground.
